Jiangsu Lanfeng to establish foreign trade subsidiary

Chinese agrochemical company Jiangsu Lanfeng Biochemical plans to use Yuan 10 million ($1.6 million at the current rate) of its own funds to establish a wholly owned agrochemical trade subsidiary, Jiangsu Lanfeng Import and Export. The new subsidiary will engage in the import and export of insecticide, fungicide and herbicide technical material, as well as pesticide formulations and other chemical products.
