Isolation of mycorrhizal fungi from roots of Rhynchostylis retusa Blume (Orchidaceae) from Dehradun.

摘要

This paper describes the isolation, characterization and morphometry of mycorrhizal fungus Rhizoctonia solani isolated from clinging roots of epiphytic orchid Rhynchostylis retusa Blume. The same orchid roots were also found to harbour Trichoderma viride which has been characterized and described here.
