It's early in the morning in Welshpool, Western Australia and Gary Johnson is already out delivering new equipment to a customer at a farm, situated a few hours away. He might be the owner of a successful dealership - Fred Hopkins WA in this case - but if there's something Johnson swears by, it's quality customer service. "He's always making sure everything's perfect and the best is offered to the customer," admits his wife and business partner, Deborah Johnson. Steering a close-knit team, the couple are arguably one of the most successful suppliers of agricultural/industrial machinery and small engines in Western Australia. It's been a long journey since they bought the dealership in 2004 but it wasn't all a rosy start.
