摘要

An experiment was conducted at Regional Research Station and Faculty of 'Agriculture, Wadura, Sopore (J&K) during Rabi 2000-01 & 2001-02, to evaluate the effect of sources and levels of sulphur on garlic. The bulb yield was highest (169.94 q ha~(-1))at 50 kg S ha~(-1). The contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and sulphur, 1.36, 0.64 and 1.08, respectively being highest at 100 kg S ha~(-1), Amongst the sulphur carriers, gypsum was superior over elemental sulphur in bulb yield as well as nutrient uptake.
