On Thursday May 18, 2017 it was published in the Federal Register that the InternationalTrade Administration had issued the preliminary results of an Antidumping Administrative Reviewof Certain Circular Welded Carbon Steel Pipes and Tubes from Taiwan. In the review, it wasdetermined that Shin Yang had a weighted average dumping margin for the period of 1.78% (theircurrent rate is 0.00%). If the rate remains is not zero or de-minimus in the final round, we willupdate the Trade Case Scoreboard.
