Shanying International commissions delayed 550,000 tonne/yr BM at greenfield mill in Hubei, China

China's Shanying International Holdings has kicked off trial production on a new 550,000 tonne/yr recycled containerboard machine at a greenfield mill in Jingzhou city, in the central province of Hubei. Dubbed PM 21, the unit churned out its first sheet of board lost week. It is the first BM to have come on stream at the Jingzhou mill. Supplied by Valmet, it features an 8.6 wire width and a design speed of 1,500 m/ min. It is set to produce testliner.
