Leading Chinese packaging producer Shanying International Holdings has unveiled plans to Invest $200 million to build a 700,000 tonne/yr recycled pulp line at its Wickliffe mill In Kentucky, USA. Phoenix Paper Wickliffe, the Shanying subsidiary operating the mill, says the recycled pulp line should be commissioned within 18 months, or by early 2021.
