Egg producers in the US occupy more top slots in a global ranking of egg producers than companies from any other country but production patterns are shirting, and the rankings are changing.Twelve of the world's top 20 egg producers measured by flock size are in the Americas. While the U.S. is home to six of these 11, it is a Mexican company that ranks second, while Asian compa-nies take positions four and five, according to data compiled for WATT Global Media's World's Top Poultry Companies database.
