Lehmann&Voss acquires Osthoff Omega Group in Norderstedt

With effect from 1 January 2019,Lehmann&Voss&Co. took over the business operations of the Osthoff Omega Group,Norderstedt,Germany in the course of an asset deal. The Osthoff Omega Group consists of the companies Heinrich Osthoff-Petrasch GmbH & Co.KG and Omega Minerals Germany GmbH,both located in Norderstedt. Founded in 1963,the Osthoff Omega Group has achieved a leading market position in the field of functional and lightweight fillers(hollow and solid spheres,ceramic foams,reinforcing fillers,etc.).
