New bead mill for high viscous products-High throughput and maximum process safety

Buhler's business area Grinding & Dispersing has developed an innovative production solution for the ink and coatings industry.The Visconomic+~TM was developed as a high-performance bead mill specifically for the processing of high viscous and temperature-sensitive products,such as energy-curing systems like UV inks which polymerize at high temperature.Therefore,efficient cooling is very important.The cooling surface is maximized by the rotor as well as stator cooling,leading to an efficient temperature exchange between the product and the cooled surfaces.
