ADNOC signs refining partnership with Eni, OMV

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) signed a partnership deal with Eni and OMV, which will see the sale of equity stake in ADNOC Refining worth almost US$7 billion as well as establish a trading joint-venture. In one of the largest ever refinery transactions, Eni and OMV will acquire 20 per cent and 15 per cent shares in ADNOC Refining respectively, with ADNOC owning the remaining 65 per cent, ADNOC said in a statement.
