Report on 41st Corrosion Science Symposium: Queen Mary and Westfield College 11-13 September, 2000

This year the symposium was held in conjunction with EuroCorr 2000 which was something of an experiment. Overall the numbers registering for the symposium were about 55-60, about average when compared with previous years. However because all delegates had full rights of admission to EuroCorr, it was expected that many would not attend the symposium throughout and this proved to be the case. However a good number of EuroCorr delegates took advantage of the opportunity to attend the symposium including several senior figures, notably John Sedriks and Tony Richardson. A total of 28 talks were given.
