Probabilistic bias analysis in pharmacoepidemiology and comparative effectiveness research: a systematic review

Purpose We systematically reviewed pharmacoepidemiologic and comparative effectiveness studies that use probabilistic bias analysis to quantify the effects of systematic error including confounding, misclassification, and selection bias on study results.
