The present study is aimed at evaluating the anti-elastase and anti-collagenase activity and determining the active constituents of Excoecaria agallocha L. plant extracts. Ethanol extracts of E. agallocha exhibit highest extraction yield (23%) and greater total content of phenolic compounds and flavonoids as compared to other extracts.
