摘要

Scandals in the food industry have caused uncertainty about the quality and safety of food for many consumers. Direct marketing of products by farmers may be an important way to strengthen consumers' confidence. The analysis in this paper focuses on the buyer. In contrast to other studies, changes in purchasing are examined. The objective is to develop an econometric model and develop strategies for direct marketing.
