Buenos Aires is pushing ahead with plans to change the country’s hydrocar-bons law,despite hostility from the country’s oil producing provinces.The planning ministry has presented the main elements of the legislation to for-eign oil companies,including Chevron ExxonMobil,Brazil’s state-controlled Petrobras and China’s state-owned Sin-opec.
