Russian state-controlled Gazprom could take a final investment decision on its 10mn t/yr Baltic LNG project in late October, project management director Leonid Chugunov said on 25 September. A feasibility study has been completed. But US and EU sanctions limiting Gazprom’s access to international financing could mean that the decision is put on hold.
