North Carolina Pecan Growers Gather for 2020 Workshop

Over 120 North Carolina pecan growers assembled on Feb. 8, 2020, at the new Maxwell Agricultural Center in Goldsboro, North Carolina, for the North Carolina Pecan Growers Association's 26th Annual Educational Workshop. The association presented a jam-packed educational event that included both classroom presentations and an orchard demonstration. Incoming NCPGA president John Taylor kicked off the meeting by welcoming all participants. Jessica Strickland, Wayne County Extension Horticultural Agent, also provided a local welcome and an overview of the Maxwell Center.
