MIAC October 2017 (LUCCA)

Lucca in October tends to be warm-certainly more so that the UK-but it can be wet, sometimes very wet. Mercifully there was no rain this year, which contributed to yet another high turnout of visitors to what is Southern Europe's (very possibly Europe's) premier Paper Making and Converting Machinery exhibition. As was anticipated, the hall was packed-unexpectedly so on day one, and come day two it was positively difficult to move with any freedom, without knocking into people.
