Ahlstrom-Munksjo Rottersac and Ste-nay speciality papers production sites, both in France, have obtained ISO 50001:2011 certification for their Energy Management System. Aurelius Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA has completed the acquisition of Abelan Board Industrial S.L., a major producer of core board and solid board packaging products operating out of Southern Europe. The latter controls three manufacturing sites in Spain and France. The plan is to combine Aurelis with Solidus Solutions which has production facilities in the Netherlands, Belgium and the UK.
