Shopping centre operator proposes converting car spaces into retail units at Stratford City Westfield has drawn up plans to replace parts of the multi-storey car park serving its shopping centre in east London with retail units. Proposals to expand Westfield Stratford City would see a new shopping level with space for around 75 news stores and kiosks created under the existing Marks & Spencer store.
