One of my wife's favorite things to do when she is out wandering on a Saturday is to stop into a local paint store and pick up color samples.Even if we aren't necessarily thinking about a remodeling or painting project,she likes to collect samples for that day when we do decide.My wife is also a browser when it comes to home improvement projects in general.She loves looking at paint,wallpaper,cabinets,fixtures and all sorts of items for the home.This is how she relaxes,and when she is shopping,she requires a certain level of engagement from the employees in the store to help her imagine new projects.You probably have a lot of customers just like my wife: Homeowners who want to get lost in a world of possibilities.You know who doesn't like to browse?
