Tata Steel meeting with downstream companies at Kalinganagar

Odisha has identified Downstream and Ancillary in steel sector as a focus sector for growth and there is a strong emphasis of the Odisha Government in supporting growth of the sector. To showcase the business ecosystem, available incentives and infrastructure facilities to the steel downstream and ancillary players for manufacturing in Odisha, the Industries department of Odisha government held meeting with over 40 downstream companies at Tata Steel Kalinganagar on 12 September 2017. Several ancillary firms attended the meeting from Odisha and other states like Jharkhand, West Bengal and Maharashtra among others.
