JP Steel Plantech Co., Japan (SPCO) developed a new type plate leveler called the 4th generation plate leveler with "Infinity Rigidity". This new leveler is able to maintain the work rolls at an ideal roll gap throughout the leveling work because any deflection caused by bending, compression of rolls or longitudinal elongation of columns will be measured/calculated and compensated immediately and dynamically for by hydraulic cylinders.
