The new furnace, Stein Reheating WHF with 80 tonnes per hour capacity, is designated for a medium section mill and will be installed in the Izmir factory in the frame of the rolling mill modernization project. The furnace will replace an existing pusher furnace and process a wide range of billet sections and blooms, as well as short and long products in either one or two rows. Maximum product weight will be 3.7 tons with nominal discharge temperature reaching 1200° C.
