When Kevin Gould was growing up on abeef farm in central Michigan, he never imagined the transformation that wouliI happen in the state's livestock and dairy industries in just the past two years. Gould, an Extension beef educator with Michigan State University, is based in Ionia and isresponsible for 18 counties. He has been helping producers navigate the rapid changes.
