摘要

Field experiment was carried out to utilize the agro-industrial wastes such as pressmud and lignite flyash in maize based cropping system during February 2006. The study revealed that application of pressmud @ 12.5t ha~(-1) with lignite flyash @ 5t ha~(-1) proved to be superior in growth, yield and yield attributes of maize by recording the grain yield of 4104.20kg ha~(-1). This treatment gave good response when maize was intercropped with cowpea/blackgram, by registering the grain yield of 4563.35kg ha~(-1).
