The R&A has a clear purpose to lead the future of the sport in a spirit of collaboration. Working in partnership with other key stakeholders in golf is what we are about. This is true across our range of activities; rules, championships (professionaland amateur), golf development and, of course, sustainability. BTME, European golf's leading turf management exhibition and education event, organised by BIGGA and held in Harrogate every January, provides an excellent platform for us to demonstratethis collaborative approach, and here are some of the highlights from this year's event.
