Italian based industrial doors company Campisa is seeking to establish itself in the UK loading bay market. The company will unveil its loading bay and dock leveller solutions, at this September's IMHX, and will use the event as a springboard for Campisa's launch in the UK. Its product range is built with safety features in mind. Its doors run on a hydraulic drive system rather than using a spring mechanism, which the company says requires more maintenance and carries more health and safety risks. "In the UK, there are only four major players in the loading bay market - Hormann, Stertil, Easilift Loading Systems and Assa Abloy Crawford. At some time in the future Campisa wants to be the fifth major player," Campisa's Alan Jenkins told SHD Logistics.
