US diplomat 'aims expletive' at EU in Ukraine stand-off

The US government's leading diplomat to the EU has apparently been caught on tape aiming an expletive at the bloc, at a time when she is meant to be working alongside European officials to bring about an end to months of unrest in Ukraine.
