Validation Study for New Seed Health Testing Method 7-032. Blotter Paper Method for the Detection of Verticillium ddhlide on Fungicide-treated Spinddd ol&dcea (spinach) Seed

摘要

Two comparative tests were organized by ISHI-Veg in the last four years to evaluate the efficacy of NP-10 agar medium and blotter paper methods for the detection of Verticillium dahliae on non-treated and fungicide-treated Spinacia oleracea (spinach)seed. Results supported the use of the NP-10 agar method for non-treated seeds and the blotter paper method for testing both non-treated and fungicide-treated seed.
