Work categorization - informational base for occupational hazards management in enterprises of agricultural basic industry

For objective oriented management in agricultural enterprises, which are under the current economically highly demanding conditions of external business environment, it is necessary to set out objectives which could guarantee their economic efficiencyand competitiveness. An undisputable production factor, whereof effective use significantly influences efficiency of the enterprise, is the work efficiency of blue-collar workers. This information represents objectives and partial results of solving research oriented study of the causes of origin and possibilities of occupational hazards management. This study was aimed at the chosen working positions and professions in the agricultural primary production.
