摘要

Plate solar collector, which has been widely applied in the field of building renewable energy, is a basic component of low temperature heat utilisation of solar energy as well as a leading product on international solar market. In the present work, a complete theoretical model for flat collector is established. With the proposed model, we developed corresponding programs and theoretically calculated performance of the collector. Furthermore, the influence of different heat transfer components and collector structure on performance of collector are compared. These calculation and comparison results provide useful guideline in the flat collector design: in heat transfer components selection, a high transmission rate, low reflectivity glass plates with high absorption rate, low reflectivity endothermic board coating should be selected since this kind of plates performance best; besides, to achieve the maximum efficient design of the collector structure, the appropriate aspect ratio should be set as 2.2, the best sun projected radiation on the surface should be considered when setting the tilt angle, and the tubes should better be placed in the middle of panels.
