Social factors influencing the differences between developed and less developed regions.

摘要

Rural development programmes in the Czech Republic aim to stabilize the rural population and improve the quality of life for all social groups in the communities as well as in the region. Less developed areas suffer for a long term from the cumulated negative factors of economic and social development. It is suggested that their detailed identification, which is theoretically considered in this paper, can help improve the particular measures for the removal of the most urgent problems.
