Starstruck Antares finding its Permian feet

After just three months in the Permian Basin, Texas, Antares Energy has managed to lease 28,500 net acres and drill 10 wells to test the Wolfberry resource play. Using funds from the sale of its Eagle Ford Shale interests the company has been aggressively leasing the Wolfberry play where it believes it can recover an average of 150,000 boe per well on a 40 acre spacing, giving it the potential for more than 100 million barrels of oil equivalent (3P).
