Separari de faza - Influenta substantelor tensioactive asupra separarii la echilibru in faze distincte pentru diverse sisteme si trasarea diagramelor de faza

The study of the phase separations for systems containing surfactants is extremely important from both scientific and technologic point of view.Ternary systems consisting of solubilisate/emulsifier / water were studied,where the emulsifier is represented by three alkylglycosides,with different carbon atom numbers in the hydrophobic group and n - dodecane and vinyl acetate as solubilisates.The phase diagrams of the ternary systems at 20 deg C and 60 deg C were plotted and the experimental results were interpreted,in view to state the interactions between the mixture components and its changes with the temperature.The dependance of the emergence of various phases in the system and of its weight on the emulsifier concentration,temperature,aqueous solution / organic phase weight ratio,emulsifier nature was evidenced.Complex processes of molecular orientation and transport take place at the formed interface.
