Determination of Some Microelements in Dealurile Moldovei Viticultural Area Wines

Many wines in North-East of Romania were characterized in relation to the micro and trace elements pattern.Determination of such elements in different types of wine,most probably depending on their content in soils,allows sort differentiation,identification of the production area and date.Seventeen microelements were analyzed by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES)but only six of them seem to produce a definitory pattern.No samples pretreatment were used.All elements were bellow accepted ranges for metals in wine according to I.0.V.(International Office of Vine and Wine).The improvement of production conditions in the last years contributed to the diminution of heavy metals content in wines.
