The paper presents the sketch and the functional principle of a new type of rotating volumetric pump.A functional model of the pump was built and mounted on a test stand.Actual efficiency of the pump was established as result of the performed measurements regarding its flow and pressure rising,as well as the absorbed power and the speed of the driving electrical engine.
