摘要

In order to establish the correlation between their composition and antioxidant activity,active species have been extracted from medicinal plants (Hypericum perforatum,Crataegus monogyna,Polygoni avicularis)by classical and modern techniques and characterized by spectral (UV-VS-FTIR),chemiluminescence and chromatographic methods.Antioxidant activity was correlated mainly with the flavonic content,and was attributed to the complexity of the plant extracts.Also,the antioxidant activity depends on the type of extraction technique.
