Extractia asistata cu microunde a uleiului din germeni de grau

Solvent extraction of wheat germ oil by microwaves has been performed in non-polar solvents (extraction essence,n-hexane and n-heptane) in a laboratory type-glass equipment.Three extractions were performed and a mixture of tri-glycerides comprising a large number of poly-unsaturated fatty acids was obtained as wheat germ oil.The obtained wheat germ oils during microwaves assisted extractions were analyzed by UV-VIS spectroscopy.
