Inhabitants In the small city of Sao Jose do Rio Preto are used to Natural Rubber.The city is the biggest NR producer of the American Continent accounting for 15% of the whole Latin American output.Along with the neighboring cities of Monte Aprazivel and Votuporanga,the region accounts for 60% of Brazilian Rubber production(about 30% of Latin America)and 80% of all national Processing Plants.
