JK suffers heavy Q1 loss

JK Tyre & Industries Ltd suffered a stand-alone net loss of Rs. 658.6 million for the three months ended June 30,2017 on back of increase in raw material costs, transition to new emission norms and the new indirect tax regime. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 1,008.5 million in the year-ago period.
