ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES ON CHINA EUROPEAN COMMISSION IS FIRM

Although provisional anti-dumping duties on China-made truck tyres imported into Europe were announced early in 2018, they were not fully confirmed for another six months. During that time, there was a further opportunity for the importers of China-made tyres to challenge the proposals. The European Commission seemed unimpressed with most of the representations made by importers and stood firm.
