Punching,Molding,Assembling in a Single Cell Scara Robots from Stdubli Producing Oil Level Sensors

摘要

Picking up punched parts and bushings,inserting 15 filigree metal parts into a cavity,removing molded parts from the cavity and stripping away the sprue: this complex range of tasks is accomplished by four Staubli robots in a highly automated manufacturing cell that produces four housings for oil level sensors every 36 seconds.
