The faster the changeover between heating and cooling phases and the less energy that is lost,the more efficient and energy-saving the production of demanding injection molded and composite parts will be.The vario switching unit from Reglo-plas AG,St.Gallen,Switzerland,is designed for such dynamic temperature-controlled processes.This versatile,modular unit can be connected to all standard Regloplas temperature control units for applications with water at temperatures of up to 200°C.Its mold-adjacent feed and return lines ensure shorter heating and cooling phases and reduce energy losses.
