The simplest way to make a bottle garden, unfortunately, still requires planning and time.The first step is to check out your local hobby and craft stores, discount stores, and import specialty stores, in search of a transparent bottle that you can almost, but notquite (rules, you know) get a hand into. That way, you have a wee bit more working area than a soda pop bottle size opening allows. (No, it's not cheating. The rule simply says: "too small for a hand to enter.")
