摘要

Full robotic automation is the goal of many companies in the industry. However, this is a costly undertaking and the high precision that goes along with many of these machines is not always needed. This led to the question if it is possible to develop a robot for simple tasks that would cost only a fraction of the industry standards and still fulfill the required specifications. A combined bachelor thesis by A. Marozzi and L. Andre under the supervision of C. Wolf from the University of Luxembourg investigated this question. The project was developed in cooperation with GCL Technologies.
