摘要

Macrocyclic complexes with general formula [M(L)(H_2O)_y]X(where M=VO(IV), Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) X=2Cl~- or SO~- L=ligand Y= 1 or 2) were obtained through template and non-template methods. The complexes were characterized on the basis of elemental analyses,molecular weight determination, conductance measurement,magnetic moment,spectral data (IR and UV) and ESR. The complexes were evaluated for in vitro fungicidal and bactericidal activity against phytopathogenic fungi and bacteria respectively,keeping view of their economic importance.
