Background and purpose: This study was aimed to identify the clinical and dosimetric parameters that predict symptomatic radiation pheumonitis (SRP, radiation pneumonitis >= 2 grade) in patients with pulmonary metastasis from hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after helical tomotherapy (HT) hypofractionated simultaneous multitarget radiotherapy.
