Documentation dilemma

I have had the honor of serving on the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Board of Directors for 3 years as a representative nominated by the American Society of Radiologic Technologists. During my time on the board, it has become apparent that many programs struggle when it comes to documenting compliance with the same small subset of the JRCERT Standards. These documentation problems range from programs not providing enough information to document compliance to programs not fully understanding what type of documentation the JRCERT requires.
